17 May 2008 The Ecumenical Marian Pilgrimage Trust, with the support of the Ecumenical
Society of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Fellowship of St Alban & St Sergius and
the Catholic League arranges a study pilgrimages to the principal sanctuary
of Our Lady in Britain in odd years. In even years it arranges shorter, day events to
a Marian shrine and other sites of interest to its Roman Catholic, Orthodox, Anglican and Methodist supporters. In 2008 there is a visit to the Shrine of Our Lady of Caversham near Reading, including a visit to Douai Abbey. Begins at 11-30 am at Our Lady & St Anne, Southview Avenue, Caversham.
